My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rosco is a 56lb. 2-3yr old, handsome, affectionate fellow. Rescued from a high kill shelter, he WAS heartworm positive so doubtful that he would be adopted. We couldn’t let him be euthanized. Our vet agreed to treat him and his foster Mom has a lot of experience with the getting them through it. He has now successfully completed treatment He is now fully vaccinated, de-wormed, neutered and microchipped. Rosco is very sweet, rides well in the car, crates easily and walks well on leash. This happy, healthy boy loves other dogs and loves playing with toys. He hasn’t met a person he doesn’t like. He does bark to let you know someone is coming but doesn’t bark excessively. Rosco dreams of a home of his own with a fenced yard to play in (with kids over 5 years, another dog or both) and a cozy spot indoors with his family at night. Adoption fee of $200 to help defray veterinary costs to approved home. Please email his foster Mom, vivgraves@hotmail.com with any questions and for an application.
