Tortured at the truck stop!
Someone called us about a dog being beaten and kicked at a local truck stop....we responded and found Scout. This sweet boy was terrified at first but has really come around to being a sweet, gentle boy..Scout really needs a foster to truly learn that humans can be kind and will take care of him...
