Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roxie is a super sweet and shy Schnauzer-mix who is looking for her forever home. She is approximately 2 years old and weighs 25 pounds.
Roxie was rescued from an unusual living situation and is not used to in-home living with people. She is sensitive to noises and movement of daily routine. Roxie will do best in a quiet home with one or more calm, gentle and patient females willing to share with her the joys of life at her pace - and to introduce male humans slowly.
Roxie does not find great comfort in other dogs so may do best in a home with no other dogs. She does not have much experience with cats or other animals.
Due to her sensitivities to noise and stimulation she will not make a good candidate for off-leash adventures and will need a secure, fenced yard and supervision when she is outdoors. She is mostly crate-trained, potty trained and loves to cuddle & curl up on her dog bed.
With a patient and devoted forever family, Roxie will make a wonderful and loyal lifetime companion.
If you feel you can offer Roxie all that she needs to flourish and bloom into the fabulous dog she can be, we would love to talk with you and introduce you to Roxie!
