My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Birthdate: 12/22/09

Gender: Female, spayed

Breed: Boston Terrier/MinPin mix

Pebbles is a big dog trapped in a small dog’s body. Weighing in at only 23 pounds, she thinks she’s a big dog, but she’s in a cute little size.

You can’t miss Pebbles’ video. She is very well trained and more than happy to show off for treats. The moment you tell her to Sit, her butt hits the floor as if gravity has just kicked in. She knows her stuff and isn’t afraid to show it.

So far, we’ve discovered that Pebbles knows Sit, Down, Stay, Come and Crawl, as well as walking nicely on a leash, but she may know even more. She was found as a stray along with another small dog (already adopted) and was not claimed at the pound, but someone obviously taught her all of these tricks.

Check out her bonus video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLxGpvp8owo to see her crawl and to see how incredibly lovey this little girl is.

We believe Pebbles is a Boston Terrier/MinPin mix. She is full grown at 23 pounds and just a little bit underweight, so we’re expecting her ideal weight to be 25 pounds. Not too big and not too little. She’s just the right size.

Pebbles seems to be housebroken. She also gets along great with other dogs and absolutely loves anyone willing to pay even the slightest attention to her. She will happily be your companion for life.

You can meet Pebbles at the shelter any time during adoption hours, Thursday through Suday 5 to 8pm, or give us a call at 330–397–8270 to schedule an appt to meet her on another day or at another time. She has already been spayed, heartworm tested (negative) and is on preventative, fully vaccinated, dewormed and flea treated, so she’s ready to join her new family right away.
