UPDATE: Gunner is a Lab/Rottie/Dobie mix approximately 5 years old and 75 lbs. He is handsome black with brindle markings on his face and legs. He is gentle, affectionate, calm, and well-mannered, though exhibits timidness and protectiveness with some people in some environments. Gunner is completely house broken and can be trusted to have free range of the house when no one is home. He is treat-motivated and has been professionally obedience trained. He knows the following on-leash commands: Sit, Down, Heel, Place, Wait, Come, Leave It, Take. He enjoys taking walks and trips to the dog park, and just laying out in the sunshine. He is calm and quiet traveling in the car. Because of a history of resource guarding, Gunner would do best in a one dog home with no cats and no small children, with his obedience commands practiced regularly. Gunner will be a loyal companion and thrive with a strong pack leader.
