Bixie, aka Poo Man Shu, is a delightful little man weighing about 15 lbs. He is long & low to the ground with doxie ears. He is all white & has the coat of a Bichon. Currently his hair is super short due to the much needed shave-style grooming he received this week.
We expect Bixie to be about 2 years old. He has pearly white teeth & lots of spunk when enticed to play. He especially enjoys playing with our 48 lb pitty boy, Bogey...adopt Bixie & get Bogey too if you're interested, but it's by no means required (not a bonded pair, they're just fun together).
Bixie is quite the velcro pup & follows his humans everywhere during the day & evening. At night, he is content to sleep in a kennel or to sleep with us at the foot of the bed. He will not be good with small children or any child that is allowed to pick up dogs to be carried. Bixie, while being velcro to us, he is an independent soul who loves walking on his own regardless of his small stature. Bixie is great on leash walks. If taken out to potty regularly until a routine is developed, Bixie doesn't potty indoors either.
Bixie is current on his vaccinations (distemper, parvo, parainfluenza, & bordetella) and is awaiting rabies, neuter, heartworm test, & microchip (Saturday Dec 17th). If adopted prior to that date & he is found to be heartworm positive, Camp Chaos 37206 will pay for the treatment as long as it is done by our vet using their program.
All Camp Chaos dogs are indoor dogs with outdoor privileges. There are no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

Adoption fee is $90. Thank you for wanting to share your home with one of our rescued pups!
If you are a parent adopting for your children, please remember we do pick the best home for our pups. If there are 2 applications that come in at the same time, for example, and one will be a better fit, that is the one we choose. Many parents pump up their children about getting a specific puppy, and it can be very sad for the child if the particular puppy isn't a good fit unbeknownst to them. We put this disclaimer here because a couple of parents have been upset when a home that used doggy daycare & had a fenced in yard was chosen over crate-all-day without a backyard. Peace.
