Green eyes and handsome!

Phinnaeus (Finn) is extremely social and friendly with almost everyone he meets. He enjoys petting and attention, loves to run around and play, and is eager to jump on your lap. This Terrier/Chihuahua mix is also great with other dogs, and would welcome a canine buddy in his new home. 
This young guy - little less than a year old - has never really had a family to love him and care for him. He would just love to meet someone who could love him and he can love back.
