Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Roxie and her sister, Amanda came into our rescue at 4 wks. of age. They were a bag of bones and had mange. It's amazing what a little TLC, great care, good food and lots of loving can do to help pups thrive! Roxie is now aprx. 5 mo. old. Roxie was almost bald when she came to us. You can see her coat has come back nicely. It even shines now! She is friendly, outgoing, loves belly rubs and, yes, will melt you with those eyes. Since she is a breed with hunting instincts, she must go to a home with a fenced yard. We estimate her to be a med.-large size dog - perhaps 40 pounds when mature. She currently weighs 22 pounds. She plays with any dog in my pack of "house-hounds", be it 80 pound redbone male to the other pups here in foster care. She is quite the spunky girl and loves playing with nylabones or rope toys. Roxie is reliably housebroken.
She is NOT an apartment dog. She loves to run and play!
She is in foster care in E. TN and will be transported north to her forever home.
Roxie is UTD on shots - puppy shots (parvo/distemper), rabies shot, and is spayed.
