Paulie is an adorable, happy, loving, energetic, extremely playful, and athletic one to two-year-old, 45-pound, male, black and white Great Dane / Boston Terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian. Poor Paulie had been locked in a car on a 95 degree Chicago day. Chicago Animal Care and Control rescued him from the car, but then he spent four months locked in a cage at the shelter waiting for someone to notice him. Luckily someone from Famous Fido Rescue saw what a fantastic pet he would make and brought him home. Paulie turned out to be already housebroken and crate-trained. He already knows the command sit and takes treats gently from your fingers. Paulie loves toys, and tries to put as many tennis balls as possible in his mouth at the same time … he’s a hoot to watch! He loves people and is full of kisses and tail wags. He’s also good with other dogs his size that can play with him. Paulie is very healthy, de-wormed, neutered, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested, and up-to-date on vaccines. His adoption fee of $150 benefits the rescued pets of Famous Fido’s.
