Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Haley! I’m a great girl and I -wow, is that a squirrel?– oh, right, I am a great girl and I love- wait, a chipmunk?- love to be by your side- oh oh oh, treats! me, me, me! Now where was I? Oh right. I am a great girl and I love to be by your side, unless I’m chasing a squirrel or a chipmunk or a….well, you get the message. I don’t act like the 8-10 years the vet says I am. If I have this much energy now, imagine how I was when I was younger? That’s what happens when you add a dash of Jack Russell, a sprinkle of Italian Greyhound, and a few other fun breeds to get the cute dog I am! I have to admit, you are so lucky to be meeting me as a mature adult. I do have my zoomies, when I run around the yard and chase that squirrel, but I do calm down quickly. The benefits of maturity! When I came to my foster home I did not think I could go up stairs but I learned quickly that if I go upstairs I can sleep on the big bed and get snuggle time with my humans. I like that! I am also very good on leash and in the car. I get along with my foster canine siblings. I met some cats at a local pet store and I was fine around them but my foster family doesn’t have cats so if you do, we would meet your cats so you could see how I am with them. I just want to be loved and want to love you back. Did my chasing squirrels make you think I had less-than-loving thoughts toward them? Really, this squirrel makes a game out of having me chase him as he runs down the fence line, and then hops into a tree flicking his tail at me. He thinks it is a game and if it makes him happy to have me chase him, I am happy to oblige! I am just that kind of gal. I’m a fun little package that can’t wait to be your best pal! Call Young at Heart and ask to meet me. Thanks and Woof! -Haley
