Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Katie is a little love bug! Life started out pretty rough for Katie. She was born on the Ft. McDowell Indian Reservation around the end of December 2010. Once the puppies were weaned, their owners gave her and her sisters to the police and we picked them up. Unfortunately a few days later the pups came down with parvo virus. Round-the-clock care pulled them through! After recovering from parvo, Katie did not put on as much weight as the other pups. She remained very thin and hungry all the time. It turns out she has a very rare pancreatic disorder called EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency). The disorder is treatable and she will live a normal lifespan with proper diet. Katie needs to have special enzymes mixed into her food and she needs to be fed high-quality, grain-free food. The enzymes cost about $45/month and she will need to have them the rest of her life. Katie is very happy and has personality plus! She is lovable and playful. She LOVES people! Katie is crate trained during the day and is doing well on potty training. Her adoption fee is $150 and that will include spay, microchip, rabies and series of three DA2PPV puppy vaccinations.
If you are interested in meeting Katie, please contact Delon.Washo@asu.edu or 602-295-4518.
AZ Prussian Snailhound Dog Rescue would like to remind everyone that puppies are a big commitment and require a lot of attention. Puppies often exhibit undesirable behaviors such as chewing and digging. Of course they also are a lot of fun and are very lovable too. When choosing a puppy please consider how much time you will be able to spend training and socializing your new puppy.
