April is a very sweet, gentle, and quiet female Brussels Griffon mixed with either Miniature Schnauzer or Shih Tsu. She was rescued out of the Devore Shelter as a stray. She has a beautiful silver/gray and white coat with streaks of brown around the face and ears, and her coat, though at first appearance seems to be shaved down, upon closer look, we think that that’s just her short coat (which is perfect because it lowers the grooming requirement!)

April would make a great lap dog and companion animal. She won’t get “little dog syndrome” (barky, spoiled) if she gets to lay on your lap or bed. She’s just super great all around in her personality and everyone who meets her falls in love with her instantly. April walks well on the leash but she’s real feminine and quiet about it. There’s no big “to do” about anything April does, however, she will very enthusiastically chomp on a raw hide chew in her crate!

April is crate-trained and potty-trained. The shelter wrote that she’s age five on the paperwork, but they’re typically wrong about two things, breeds and ages. Our guess is that April in between age 3-4. April is spayed, fully vaccinated, and micro-chipped.
