My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This awesome girl is Haven. She came to DRSWV as a stray from South Carolina. Initially thought to be a Dalmatian mix, we think she is predominantly an American Bulldog mix. Haven is about a year and a half old and is full of personality and affection. She is active and energetic but when she settles down she transforms into a loveable lap dog that loves to give kisses. She is currently living with her foster family and their six rescues, but she is looking for a forever home with a big fenced in yard and a family that will continue to shower her with love and attention. She would do best placed in a home without small children or small pets but she does well larger dogs and older kids (11 and over would be best). She loves to ride in the car and will even stick her head out of your sunroof if you have one! Haven is housetrained as well as crate trained. If you want a dog that will make you smile and always be happy to see you, Haven's your girl!
