Lucie is a tiny Silky Terrier, only 5 pounds. She is purebred, although with no papers. Lucie was turned into the shelter by her owners because she had an eye injury that the owners did not want to treat. We are currently treating Lucie's eye and she is doing much better and feeling much better. Lucie is an absolute gem, a real find. She is a gorgeous little Silky with a fantastic flowing silky coat that is easy to brush and groom. Lucie is as cuddly as they come and loves to be treated like a princess. She enjoys soft snuggly beds, a warm cozy lap, fun little outings, and walks on the leash; and she also has no problem riding around in a fuzzy little bag if that is what you prefer. Lucie is a lap dog all the way and she has a real love for people and desire to be with people. She gets along fine with other dogs her size and can be quite playful when the mood strikes her. Her favorite toy at the moment is a soft knitted squeeky bone that she will toss in the air and run around with in her mouth. It is simply the cutest thing ever. Little Lucie is so sweet and pretty and we want her to find a home where she is cared for properly and loved completely.
Lucie's adoption donation is $350. She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, and DEFLEAED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Lucie is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Dawna & Joel and is ready for her forever home.
