My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Sherman is the perfect combination of little dog spunk and lap dog cuddliness. He is house-broken, crate trained, and sleeps wherever you set him; although he prefers to sleep curled up next to someone. He is very gentle with children but would do best in a home without them as he is a bit shy and gets nervous when there are too many comings and goings in the household. A mellow household would do best of him and his favorite activities are playing with his dog toys, cuddling, watching TV, and playing wrestle So far he seems to get along with other dogs and cats just fine.
He is amazingly well-adjusted for a rescue dog. No food aggression, rarely barks, and walks politely on a leash. His only quirk seems to be that he lets out a quick nervous pee when approached too quickly or cornered, especially by people he does not know, but is overcoming this and it rarely occurs any more.
