My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Due to the recent changes in state law, many puppy mills and large scale breeders are down sizing. Instead of burdening the local animal controls with their surplus and euthanize dogs and cats to make room for the new intake, Rescues like us have stepped to the plate and are taking in these animals on death row., Capt Uncle Jim and his brothers are Silkies, 8 lb - 10 lb Yorkies. All are silver in color and were living in chicken wire cages, freezing in the cold. After a month of medical treatment , rehabilitation and socialization. they are now available for adoption. Jimmy named after the Pilot N Paws pilot who safely flew them to us from the bust is very shy and would love to be in a home with another small dog and children over 10 yrs of age . He will need a lot of hands on to bring out his trust and learn all good habits. Please call 904-335-6228 to see if you will qualify and if so we will send you an application.
