This is our sweet, loveable Chachi! He is one of the most interesting looking dogs we've EVER seen! If you can picture the head of a St. Bernard on the body of a Basset Hound, then you are picturing Chachi! It's an unusual combination, but it makes for one adorable dog!
Chachi is about 1-2 years old and weighs in at approximately 60lbs. He was found wandering the streets of Brooklyn and was brought to the local shelter where the staff and volunteers fell in love with him! Chachi is an absolute delight to have around. He is an easy-going boy who adores everyone! Chachi is excellent with other dogs and loves to wrestle and play with the other dogs in his foster home. He is fine with cats, but is a bit perplexed by them and will follow them around trying to figure out exactly what they are. Chachi loves meeting new people and is always eager for some love and affection!
Chachi is excellent in the house and very well behaved. He is completely housebroken and is left uncrated while his foster family is at work. He loves playing fetch and eagerly brings back the tennis ball and drops it at your feet waiting for you to throw it again. When you are ready to settle in and relax, Chachi is right by your side relaxing along with you. He is quite the comedian as well and keeps his foster family laughing with his silly antics. A nicer dog would truly be hard to find!
Chachi is up to date on vaccinations, had been heartworm tested, microchipped and neutered. All he needs now is a home for the holidays!
