My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duncan is a 4 year old, male, Boxer mix. He came to us after being rescued from a house fire where he lost his family (owner and two other dog siblings). He stayed loyal to his owner during the fire and was rescued laying next to his owner. He is a very very sweet boy. Unlike a typical boxer he is a mellow personality. When he gets excited he likes to talk and batt his arm at you and he loves to chase tennis balls. He seems to like to find small spaces like corners to feel safe. We expect this is because he was raised in a smaller home.

-Duncan would do best in a home with another dog for companionship or with a retired person who will include him in lots of stuff and give him lots of love. He seeks out cuddles!

-He does great with our 4 kids, 3 other dogs, and our bird. We have not had him around any cats.

- Fenced yard he can run around in and lounge in.

-He has had 2 ACL surgeries a few years ago. He came to us over weight but is now at a healthy weight.
