My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! I'm Kiki. My sister and I were found in a park by a good Samaritan who put up flyers to find our parents. No one ever came forward to claim us and he knew our chances were slim if we went to the shelter. So he reached out to Ken Mar Rescue in the hopes they could help us and they did!



I live with a foster family right now where I get to play with children of all ages. I enjoy being a mini guard-dog and bark when people come to the door that I don't know. I am housebroken and am learning to walk well on a leash.



Please realize that I spent weeks living on my own in a park where I was used as target practice by ill-doers shooting bebe bullets at me. Because I have not had much luck with strangers in the past, I am shy at first but warm up when I realize you are friend, not foe.



My foster parents have taught me to be obedient and through their patience and guidance I have learned the following commands: Sit, Stay and Come.



BREED: Corgi Mix, 1.5 years, White & Chestnut, 9 lbs, spayed female.



FAVORITE PASTIME: Going on long walks



NAUGHTIEST DEED: Eating coldcuts



SPECIAL TALENT: Bebe target practice survivor.



OBSESSIONS: Being snoopy and the center of the action.



FAVORITE JOB: Traveling anywhere, anytime. I never miss out on a ride.
