Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I’m not trying to play the “woe is me” card…. But really, I was found in a trap! Can you believe that, a trap. Like I am some kind of wild animal or somethin? Geez…no wonder I am feeling so nervous, I mean that was a pretty dang traumatic experience for me. Thankfully I was rescued and taken the county shelter where I was able to settle down and clear my head a bit. The people over there were great to me, and I really started to warm up…but it was decided that I might be happier here at Family Dogs. Don’t get me wrong, I am still feeling pretty out of my element…..I have so many wonderful qualities, I just need the right environment to let them shine. A patient person is a must, you’ve got to be loving too because I really enjoy attention. Gentle, now that is key…I am a sensitive and fragile girl, so you must go easy with me. Understanding, now that is certainly a quality I am looking for….you gotta be able to take a step back and imagine life from my perspective. Active, that would be pretty cool since I am a Cattle Dog mix I do have a little energy I’d like to exhaust. Single, that would be nice, but it’s not a must…I mean I would love to have all the attention to myself since I am such a loyal girl, but as long as all family members are gentle and respectful and patient then I won’t mind. That goes for canines too- if you have other dog that’s ok as long as they fit the bill, but children and I just aren’t a good fit- I’m sure you understand. I mean if you’ve read this far you must be pretty patient and understanding…..hey, maybe you are exactly what I’m looking for? 1 year old-36lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes; spay, reduced cost Training Class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, food sample, toy & Treat packet.
