My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonnie has been hanging out with Clyde and he's been teaching her all his tricks; very important tricks like batting those doe eyes and being all around adorable. Bonnie was recently bailed out of the shelter where she was serving time for being a stray. She is looking for a home that will keep her from ever being cold and hungry on a wintry night.

Bonnie is up-to-date on vaccinations and is on heartworm preventative. She is approximately 16 weeks old and weighs 25 pounds. Her coat is not as long as an australian sheperd..and while her legs are shorter, her body is not as long as a basset. Her coat is soft like an aussie.

Save 1 Pet is a 501 C 3 approved charity committed to helping homeless aniamls. We don't have a facility (shelter) but work out of our homes and foster the animals until they can find a forever home.

Please be advised that for all adoptions, we will conduct reference checks, including veterinary references. Our adoption fee for dogs is $95 which includes spay/neuter, heartworm check, current vaccines, worming and heartworm/flea/tick prevention.
For dog adoptions, we do conduct fence verifications.

When adopting an animal, you will be asked to complete our Adoption Contract.
