Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Adorable, friendly, sweet little guy. Jacques looks like a little fox. He only weighs 11.3 lbs., and wont get any larger, he is neutered, vaccinated and treated with preventaives. Jacques trys to bully the bigger dogs in his foster home, but no one pays attention.. He is calm with children, but really enjoys playtime and treattime too!! He loves to go for walks, or anytime outdoors, and car rides too. He is very attentive to your wishes, and is a 'lap dog' for sure, he always sleeps snuggled with you at night. Jacques was another victim of the economy, loosing his home when his previous family couldn't afford to keep him any longer. We rescued him from a shelter where his time had almost run out. Please give this handsome little fellow a real place to call home. He will forever be grateful!! Please e-mail us to request an adoption application. Adoption fee is $225.00
Please be aware that it is the opinion of this rescue group, in conjunction with dog behaviorists, that a young puppy benefits greatly with proper socialization. We will only place puppies younger than 6 months, in homes where they have the opportunity to be with someone all day, or travel to work, or have special arrangements, such as Puppy DayCare, Dog Walker, etc.
Breed Selection is 'Best Efforts' given by shelter staff, veterinarians and rescue volunteers. No guarantees are implied.
Remember adoption is a Commitment for the lifetime of your new furry friend, Dogs could live to be 15 years or more!! Jacques is up-to-date with routine shots and spayed/neutered.
