While driving through her neighborhood, a good Samaritan saw a little fur ball thrashing about a chain link fence. To her horror, a tiny puppy was entangled in a web of telephone wire. Someone had tied him to the fence and wrapped three lengths around his neck. He was strangling himself to death when she came along. She got him loose and was immediately showered with a million licks and sweet whimpers. This little dog is a lover! Little Louie is in perfect health and one of the best-mannered pups we've ever seen! Loving a dog like Louie is the easiest thing in the world to do. He's so very cute, mellow and sweet, and already knows most commands. He really loves people, dogs and cats, too!
