Joaquin & Jordan are Schipperke/Miniature Australian Shepherd Mixes. Joaquin is Chocolate Brown. Jordan is Black with a little white. Joaquin is 11 Months Old. Jordan is 7 Months Old. Joaquin is neutered and up to date on his shots. Jordan is spayed and up to date on her shots. Joaquin weighs around 22 pounds. Jordan weighs around 20 pounds.
Joaquin and Jordan are such gorgeous little sweethearts! They were dumped together on a back road in Kentucky. These two never leave each others side. They do everything together, eat together, sleep next to each other usually using each other as pillows and play together. They were very shy when they got to the rescue but are slowly warming up and now love to wander around the house looking for toys to chew on together. Joaquin is the quiet laid back one who loves to take naps. If you can't find him in the house just look on one of the dog beds and that's where he is! Jordan is the one who likes to get into mischief, she loves crawling up on things looking for her toys. She won't get into anything except her toys or maybe a pair of socks but that's just if you leave them laying around for her! Joaquin and Jordan love to wrestle around on the floor with each other and crawl on top of the other dogs and play with them too! Jordan likes to walk up to you and scratch at your leg wanting your attention and Joaquin likes to sniff around to see if anything new is in the house. These gorgeous curious pups would be the perfect addition to anyone's family!
Joaquin and Jordan would do well in any household. They are learning to love people, but they do love dogs more than people so having another dog in the household would be a bonus for them! Especially an older dog who they can pal around with and think of them as their doggie parent. They really respond to children and they love all the activities that kids have and love to go along for the ride! They would love a fenced in yard just because they haven't realized yet they are supposed to do on a leash. We don't see them getting larger than 25 pounds at the most 30 but probably less than that so the two of them are the perfect additions to anyone's family.
Joaquin and Jordan are not aggressive with other dogs, they have been with small, large, young and old dogs.
At the rescue we require dogs to be kept indoors. There is a $95 adoption fee for puppies, and a $85 adoption fee for Adult/Senior Dogs.
