My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Clyde! He is a wonderful 6.5 year old, 72 lb. tricolor Border Collie/ Australian Shepard blend. Clyde came from a litter of 10 puppies from 2 purebred parents. He has lived with the same owner since he was a tiny pup until they could no longer care for him.

Ever hear the country song that says, “I’m a country boy.” This describes Clyde. He is a low/medium energy guy who is looking for a quiet home, preferably on a ranch or farm without small children. The hustle and bustle of city life is not his favorite place to be. Clyde loves to take walks on the ranch at his foster home and just hang out, but his favorite pastime is retrieving his ball. Clyde can catch in mid-air or go long distance. After playtime is done he loves to cool off in his doggie pool. He is good in the house and enjoys rides in the car. He is also good with most cats. He is good around cows and horses and does not show strong herding instincts.

Clyde loves the outdoors but is a bit fearful of fireworks and would prefer to be inside with his owner during that time of year.

He is a great guy who will provide wonderful companionship for years to come. Won’t you consider making Clyde the next addition to your family?
