There's only one thing we can think of that's better than adopting a dog:
adopting two.
Say "Hello" to Bella and Zoe, two sisters that have been through it all together including being homeless. We are determined to find a forever family for them both, together. We were hoping some holiday magic would turn things in their favor, but the holidays came and went and that person out there who is perfect for the both of them must have gotten stuck in holiday traffic or those ridiculous lines at the stores and missed crossing paths with this duo.
We are still hoping for some magic to happen. Now that all the chaos from the holidays has died down, the in-laws went back home and you started off the new year, perhaps now is the right time for you to adopt if you've been plannning on it...and perhaps this hilarious pair of sisters is a good fit for you.
Bella and Zoe are like Yin and Yang: they're very much different but they compliment each other in way we can't put into words.
Bella has a go getter and inquisitive (also see: nosey 😋) personality. She tends to be a busy bee and is always up to play. If there were a certificate for lap larceny, Bella would certainly have it. When she's all done being curious and playing she will sneak into your lap before you even know what is happening.
Zoe tends to be a little more laid back, she's what we like to call "an avid fan of lounging". She's a great snuggler and though she's up for playing and adventure she's happiest getting loved on and affection from her humans.
There are a couple key things the girls are on the same page with: tennis balls and kisses. Their previous owner told the shelter they were half Boston Terrier, and if you know Boston's you know they have a serious tennis ball addiction problem. Both undoubtedly inherited the love of tennis balls and will play fetch as long as your arm is up to throwing the ball. After a good game of fetch both Bella and Zoe are more than happy to snuggle up next to you, or more preferably, on top of you and give you kisses before calling it a night. They're simply an adorable pair.
Bella and Zoe appear to be potty trained and are estimated to be 6 years of age. They appear larger than they are in their photos, while they aren't as small as Bostons, they also aren't large dogs. Bella is around 30lbs. They love to chase things including tennis balls and cats. A household with tennis balls is perfect. A household with cats, not so much... so no cats. We were told Zoe is deaf, she appears to respond to some pitches of sound, but regardless it doesn't slow her down. Luckily enough, you don't need to hear in order to cuddle and relax on the couch. If you happen to have a big heart with enough room for not one, but two rescue pooches please reach out to us and ask us about setting up a meet and greet with the girls.
Thanks you guys!
