HI! I'm Tobyand I'm just a 10 pound ball of fun!

I’m Toby and, according to my foster mom, I am a ‘very sweet, cuddly boy!’ I’ve made a new cat friend at my foster home that I have been having a great time playing with. I also get along with other dogs – although I'm not used to having to share my toys.
