My name is Rascal. Some might call me an imp, a monkey, a mischief-maker or a scamp, but I am really just a playful fun loving puppy.
I had kind of a rough start in life. I became separated from my Mom, the circumstances are cloudy in my mind. However a nice lady found me, emaciated and full of fleas in mid July 2016 in a part of Fresno that is rather poverty stricken. She nursed me back to health and a month later Angels Rescuing Animals saw my picture on a Rescue Needed website. I arrived in Auburn on August 19th by private aircraft, a vintage red/white/blue 1970 Cessna 170. A lovely blond lady held me for the 90 minute flight. I thanked her by slurping her face, cleaning her nose and ears and snuggling into her neck to catch some zzzzzzzz..
I was given an estimated birth date of June 19, 2016. On August 19th I weighed 6 pounds, but I am a puppy and growing. Angels Rescuing Animals thinks I might weigh as much as 20 pounds when I am fully grown.
My adopted fee is $250.
ANY CHILDREN IN THE HOME NEED TO BE AT LEAST 8 YEARS OLD. ANY DOGS IN THE HOME SHOULD BE NOT OVER 30 POUNDS.
I am not the kind of dog to leave in the yard while children are in school and adults are at work. I require a securely fenced yard of appropriate size for potty and play. This may be modified under certain circumstances. A home check will be done and references checked. Applicants should live within 2 hours driving time of Auburn, CA.
