Princess is a bouncy, sweet, loving, muscular, athletic, puppyish and playful, one-year-old, 28-pound, female white and tan, Basenji/Cattle Dog-mix looking for a loving guardian.

Princess was found on the south side of Chicago – apparently kicked out of her home after having a litter of puppies. This teenage mom loves people of all ages and loves to play with other dogs. She is even good with dog-freindly cats too! She loves to snuggle and gives gentle kisses.

She knows how to sit on command and takes treats incredibly gently from your fingers. She is a little nervous with men at first, but warms up when she realizes they are going to be kind. Her true love is women. She bonds very quickly but is a flight risk when taken out of her familiar environment. So, any children in the home would have to be extra careful not to leave doors open.

She is housebroken, crate-trained and walks beautifully on leash.

Princess is very healthy, de-wormed, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits the rescued dogs of Lucky Dog Rescue.
