My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rio is a spunky 1 year old Parson Russell Terrier/chihuahua mix who came to ACL from another high volume shelter. Rio is perky, affectionate, and smart! Rio is a higher energy pooch who loves walks and exercise, so he will need an owner that can keep up with him. He is good with other dogs after a proper intro, but he's a terrier who likes to be the boss! Rio did live in a home with other dogs before coming to ACL, so we know he will enjoy a canine brother or sister, but no cats please! Rio's a livewire, so kids 10 and up are best. Rio would love a home where he could soak up lots of love!
