Patience lives up to her name! This dog arrived at our rescue Feb. 2015 with her 4 pups. Patience was extremely fearful of people. It took her a month before she would willingly relax. She has come so far that she now loves meeting people so much that we have to work on not allowing her to jump up with her enthusiastic greeting. This dog has been a wonderful nanny to many litters that we've had here. Because we live in rural Weeki Wachee, Patience is walked without a leash. She's not very willing to being "tethered." Patience loves playing with all of the dogs at our rescue, but her fondest activity is following her foster mom and sharing her recliner for a belly rub. Patience is crate trained, but she's also allowed to sleep on the sofa since she's housebroken. This girl has been in our rescue for a very long time, but now she's ready to be adopted by a caring and loving family. Patience has been spayed, micro-chipped, vaccinated, and dewormed. She's current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. There is a $250 adoption fee for this girl. We are all going to greatly miss this special girl in our rescue.
