Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Duke is a survivor! He's handsome, super sweet and very chill. Duke came to Compassion in Action after a wonderfully compassionate neighbor took him into her home. Duke had been abandoned by his new owners after his previous owner died. All of this AFTER surviving a coyote attack. Duke affirms for us all, the pure resilience of dogs and their ability to forgive humans. Duke is approximately 10 years old, housebroken and a total love-bug. He enjoys just hanging out with his people. Duke is in foster care. Please help us find Duke the true forever home he deserves!
**All Compassion in Action dogs must be adopted to families willing to have their pets be a part of their family and must be allowed inside-especially at night. No dog is allowed to be put on a "tie out" or chain outside and should be walked on a leash when not in a fenced in yard.** All Compassion in Action of TN dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to adoption.
