My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gyra is a very friendly and super smart young fellow looking for a forever home. He is such a confident and happy guy that shelter staff had him as their office dog for a while. He always greeted everyone in a welcoming fashion and loves to make new friends. Gyra loves to romp and run with other dogs. He plays hard and would be best in a home with a dog playmate that is bigger than him. He does fine with our cats. Gyra walks great on lead and would enjoy a couple of long walks daily. He is a pretty energetic fellow and having some good exercise would sure make him happy. Gyra is very intelligent and in tune with his humans. He is very eager to please. Gyra has great house manners. He is crate-trained and housebroken. He is quiet and calm inside so apartment or townhome living should be fine. Gyra likes toys and a comfy cozy bed. He is going to be a great companion for some lucky person or family. Gyra is 2 years old and weighs 18 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. Gyra has tested negative for heartworms and is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
