My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm a 10-month-old dachshund/whippet mix and weigh about 15 pounds. I was rescued from the county shelter together with my sister Princess after our owners surrendered us because they didn't have time for us.

Since my sister and I were scared in this noisy, unfamiliar environment we were placed on the kill list. Thankfully Carrie On Rescue was able to help us in the nick of time. I'm doing great in my foster home. I'm a very loving, gentle girl who is sweet as can be and a joy to be around. I'm wonderful with everyone I meet - other dogs, cats, kids...you name it! I love to give kisses and enjoy gentle pets. In addition, I'm already house trained and crate trained, too. I ride nicely in the car and walk well on the leash. I will be a fantastic canine companion for any nice family or person.

I am spayed, current on my vaccines, licensed and micro chipped.
