Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We were not sure what breed this gorgeous girl is so we sort of took a guess. She does look Rat Terrier but then we came across the Canaan dogs(or a border collie?). Not only does she look like them she has many of the characteristics. Dixie is VERY agile and graceful, she loves to herd the other dogs and is quite good at it! Dixie would make a great frisbee partner(needs to work on her returns!) She LOVES to run and play with her buddies, chase after toys, and check back in for a snuggle. Dixie was found running down the Dixie highway, picked up be a kind person but they could not keep her. Dixie was too stressed at the shelter(it is very loud and busy) but she is doing incredible in her foster home. She would love an active family with older kids, another dog would be great, she is the type girl that could be happy in a variety of situations. She is fine on a leash and a very social and happy girl. Dixie is 2 years old, about 25 pounds. Her adoption fee is $225. Please email Kristine at joysparrows@gmail.com
