My story

Hi! My name is Miley. I am a 1-year old Greyhound/Catahoula female mix. Before I came to Rescue One I was found by a group of school children and their teacher. They saw that I was scared and alone, and were so touched by my sweet spirit that they pledged to help me. Though they loved me and I loved them, they could not care for me forever, and now I`m looking for my forever home. I love human kids, dogs, and I even like cats! I do love humans so much that I don't always like to share the attention. I would do well in a home with a strong leader who can tell me when I'm not sharing the cuddles enough. Honestly, I'd love to be in a home where I can soak up all the affection.I am super smart. I'm crate trained, but would love to sleep in your room if you'll let me. I have learned to be patient. I will sit before I enter the house to show I'm ready. I'm also very graceful and beautiful. My markings and color make me unique, don't you think? l just know I am going to make a great family dog, and I would love to meet you!
