My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bridgette is a GORGEOUS 4 year old Dalmatian/blue Heeler mix. Her coloring is very striking and her personality matches! Bridgette was abandoned by her owner, when he moved away and left her chained up in the backyard. Bridgette is now in a foster home and adjusting beautifully to being an indoor dog. She does have some separation anxiety, from being left behind. But with patience and reassurance, she is working to overcome that. Bridgette weighs about 50 lb and is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. She is housebroken and gets along well with other dogs and humans. She has not been cat tested. Bridgette is an active dog, who needs lots of exercise.

APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED. ADOPTION FEE $250
BLUEGRASS SENIOR DOG RESCUE ONLY FOSTERS/ADOPTS DOGS THAT ARE FULLY VACCINATED INCLUDING RABIES AND BORDATELLA AND ARE SPAYED/NEUTERED. BEGINNING 2015 ALL ANIMALS ARE MICROCHIPPED AND THE RESCUE PAYS THE REGISTRATION FEE. APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT REQUIRED.
Bluegrass Senior Dog Rescue recruits individuals to foster our dogs on a temporary or long term basis. The rescue pays for all of the dog’s veterinary care and monthly preventatives for the dog while in foster care.
NOTE-Fosters must live within 100 mile radius of Georgetown KY.
