Looking for a big Teddy Bear? You'd be lucky to adopt Lucky. He's a 5 year old Rottweiler/Boxer mix. Lucky's owner lost his home and poor Luck ended up at Friendship. He lived with the same owner his entire life. This boy loves people and will greet you with a big smile. He's strong and for that reason older kids are recommended. Lucky is great in the house and does not need to be crated when left alone. This big fellow was an only pet but has had some interaction with other dogs. He seems to like the dogs at the shelter but his owner says he picks and chooses which dogs he likes. Lucky is happiest when he's out of his kennel. Give him a home so he can stay out.

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are wormed, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered. Dogs 3 months and older are micro-chipped.
