Searching for a place to retire

Dandy is friendly with other dogs, calm, quiet, and very sweet. He is okay on a leash, he doesn't necessarily pull, but he doesn't seem to familiar with leash-walking. He's medium-low energy. He seems like a great dog for someone who is only able to walk him around the block a few times every day. He could also be a great "first dog" to an inexperienced family who wants a low-key pet.

He is full of personality and love, he just has to get to know you a little. He acts aloof with strangers.

We have no idea what his breed could be! His coat is very thick, and he's got stubby legs. We made our best guess on what his breed might be, but he's just a pure-bred mutt.

He needs a nice place to retire, and we will decide a low adoption fee based on the needs of the adopters.
