My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hopper was a pitiful little mess when we first saw him at the shelter. Look at him now, all happy, perky and playful! He absolutely LOVES other dogs and definitely needs to have a home with at least one other dog to play with. He is shy with new people and having another dog around will help him open up and gain confidence. His adoptive family will need to have patience with him as he gets used to his new surroundings. Hopper is a friendly fellow but will take some time to warm up. Hopper is 8 months old and weighs 9 lbs. He has been neutered and microchipped and he is up to date on his shots. He is heartworm negative and on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. Hopper is crate-trained and housebroken. He walks well on leash and likes to explore when we are out. If he sees another dog coming down the street he will definitely want to play with them. His favorite activity is certainly playtime outside and he will romp and run and play as long as he is allowed to.
