Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet me at Petco in Collierville Saturday, September 12th from 10am to 2pm!
Bruiser is 10-11 months old, 37 pounds, housetrained, heartworm negative, neutered, microchipped, current on all his vaccines and preventatives. He is hoping this journey into a new home will last his lifetime. He is learning how to adjust in a foster home filled with other dogs and cats. He is active and needs an active family to run and play with.
Bruiser was adopted out as a puppy at Christmas time last year along with his sister, Belle. The family wanted their children to have a pup to grow up with. But they soon found out how much work and how much time it takes to have puppies. By the time they were 6 months old, they had been boarded 4-5 times and the family decided they just didn't have enough time for them. They were given away to a second family that said they would love and care for them. They also had children and thought it was time for them to have pets. After 3-4 months they were surrendered to a high kill shelter in the county.
So at least they are both safe now in the loving hands of Save1Pet. We are so pleased that they had microchips, their original paperwork and the shelter called us.
His adoption fee is $120.
