My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, I am Marc. I am a 4 1/2 month old medium size mixed breed pup who has been living in a Cairo shelter my entire life. I was born there after my mother was rescued from being abused in the streets. Unfortunately the shelter I am in has a euthanasia policy and if a home isn't found for me very soon, I will die never having known a home to call my own. I got sick shortly after I and my siblings were born and I had to be separated from them. When we were reunited my brothers and sisters tried to dominate me. But I handled that with a grace well beyond my age. I am neither confrontational nor submissive. Even though I have only ever lived in a shelter, I think life is great and meant to be enjoyed. I love to play with the other dogs in the shelter and I adore people, always greeting everyone with a smile and a wag. I am a calm, well balanced pup who stands out because of my striking blue eyes. All that anyone need do to save my life is agree to foster me until an adoptive home is found for me. It doesn't even cost anything to foster me. Will you be my rescue angel.
