My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bertie (aka Gilberto) is a very handsome blond yellow lab/ maybe whippet blend with the lithe body of an Ibizan Hound

He has a lovely short and shiny coat – he is a low maintenance fellow and easy to care for.

He has the cutest ears that fold over on one another. His face is just so sweet you can’t help but smile when you see him!

Bertie is about 6 months old and weighs a bit over 30 pounds. I think he will be a perfect medium sized dog when he is full grown.

Handsome Bertie is house trained and crate trained. He is loving, gentle, and sweet-natured!

Of course, Bertie is neutered and up to date on all of his shots -- he is a happy and healthy puppy.

He is great with other dogs, big and small, and loving with children.

Bertie started off a bit shy, but it took only an hour of sitting with him for him to bond beautifully. He warmed up so quickly and completely. He is a total and complete love-puppy who is looking for a human to dote on him – and he deserves it!

If you are looking for a pup to run with and have fun with, then Bertie is the one for you! He loves to play and run, and loves all people and pets.

Bertie can be the perfect couch potato and the next minute be darting around like the playful little puppy he is. Inside the house he can be quiet and want to be near you, and outside he becomes very playful and goofy.
