Gem has been here a few weeks now, and she is definitely a volunteer favorite...she's a six year old who was surrendered " just because " in other words,for no particular reason..she definitely has had a few litters of puppies, the last not long before she came to the shelter...She's easy to walk and very comfortable around people...she's always waiting at the front of her run,hoping for a walk or some affection,even if it's just a pet as you are passing by...Gem could live in any single pet household..She did live with children in the past...she just wants to be the only pet...She's a stunning looking dog,with a big personality..Please contact Leslie, our volunteer adoption
