Hello there! My name is BLAZE and I am a 9 month old Basenji / Pharaoh Hound mix. I'm a sweet, handsome guy looking for a loving forever home. Could it be yours?
I am up to date on my vaccinations, neutered, wormed and microchipped. My adoption fee is $175.00.
Here is what my foster mom says:
Blaze is a sweet boy. He's house broke, crate trained and loves to play. He likes children but has a tendency to want to play to rough and nip at them. Blaze is very smart but also stubborn and needs lots of room to run as he is still very hyper. He needs to be watched closely when off of leash as he will run after anything and tree whatever he can find. Blaze does not like cats from what I can tell and acts very territorial around other dogs at first. His bark is much worse than his bite. He's very loveable and likes to give hugs. Blaze has serious panic attacks as soon as he gets into a car... not just car sickness... he starts drooling profusely as soon as you close the car door. He loves to ride on boats and golf carts though.
The adoption process is :
1. Go to www.woodstockanimalfoundation.org
2. Click on 'Pets' then scroll down to 'Adoption Applications'. Click either 'Dogs' or 'Cats'
3. Download/save the application, print it and complete the application
4. Once complete, you will need to scan it and email/fax it to us
5. Email it to woodstockadoption715@gmail.com or fax it to 859-277-0100
We will review your application and set up a meet and greet if your application is approved. If it is a match, we will finalize the adoption then. You can follow our FaceBook page to learn when and where our next adoption event will be: Woodstock Spay and Neuter Clinic.
