My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pretty handsome and kind of a strange mix. I look like a mini Bermese Mountain Dog, very handsome and very unique. Rescued as part of the Just One Day intake of 50 cats and dogs, I tested positive for heartworm. I came from a rural Illinois shelter that picked me up as a stray and did everything to try to find my family, but to no avail. I am a super sweet guy, always smiling and ready for some loving. Since I tested positive, I am looking for a family willing to foster me while I am undergoing treatment and then once negative, they would adopt me. My heartworm treatment would still be paid and coordinated through Save-A-Pet.
