Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I have just met one of the sweetest dogs I have ever seen in my life. She has had a terrible life up until now but it don't seem to have effected her one bit. Let me tell you a little about her. The breed is a loyal dog and is good with children, as Freedom is. They are highly intelligent and easy to train. The Dogo is easy to care for, has no doggie odor and is an average shedder. Now let me tell you about Freedom. She is between 6 months to a year old, she loves kids and gets along with other dogs. She has not been cat tested so I can't say much about that. She is not toy, bed or food aggressive. She Would need a home with no small children due to her size. She has a great personality. Now all this being said, her original owners moved and left her tied you under the house, with no food or water. The neighbor happened to see her foot sticking out and went to check on her. She was alive but very skinny. Why is she special needs you may ask, she is deaf and far-sighted. She can see things far off but does a bit of bumping on things that are close to her. Please don't let this stop you from at least looking at her. I was with her about 30 minutes and she had already learned to sit. Freedom is waiting for you to go to www.hoppershalfwayhome.com and fill out an application. If you need more information please call Nana Linda at (859) 325-6207.
