My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Theo is a 1 1/2 year old Blue Heeler/Hound mix. He was surrendered by the people who had his mom, a Blue Heeler. She had puppies and the people were overwhelmed so they surrendered all the puppies. Theo is an energetic, happy guy that loves to be on the move, but will also sit for some much deserved attention. He knows “sit”, walks on a leash and gets along with female dogs, but doesn't really like males too much. He can be bossy sometimes when food or treats are involved, so it would be better to feed him separately. Theo weighs about 40 lbs and is a great size for an active family. He loves the water. He loves to swim or just get in and lay down. Theo is good with kids but because of his activity level, he probably would be best with children over 8 years old. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
