My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruby had had some really hard luck times-but then on the other hand, she has been very, very lucky. She was abandoned in a wooded area with her pal, Pearl. Which is some tough luck they were both pregnant, they were lucky to actually find a hollow tree where Ruby gave birth to her 9 puppies, and was able to keep them safe and warm until the day that they were rescued. Ruby was so thin she would not have made it much longer, or her sweet babies. Pearl went to a foster home and soon gave birth to 7 puppies. Ruby was lucky enough to go to a wonderful foster home with other dogs, 4 kids and the little family was spoiled rotten. All of her babies have found loving homes, and now it is Ruby's turn. She has been fully vetted and spayed, sadly had heartworms, but that has been treated as well. She is a happy, healthy girl, loves kids, gets along great with other dogs--but NO cats, she is not fond of the little buggers. Ruby is well mannered and housebroken and would do well with a loving family with tons of time to spend with her. Ruby is 50+ pounds and around 2 years old.
