My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Little Suzie loves and is loved by everyone she meets – people and dogs! She is a very social 2-year-old, but at only 10 lbs fully grown. She loves to crawl up into your lap for kisses and snuggles.

Suzie was given up at the shelter because she is deaf, but is very smart, always wanting to please, and has learned the signal for sit. Her foster is working with a specialized trainer to help her learn better communication. Suzie knows she must look at you for direction, so she is always trying to stay in front of you, many times walking backward, to figure out what you want her to do.

Suzie would do best in a home where someone is home to take her out or walk her several times a day. Suzie may need some special care, but she will return the love tenfold!
